A suspension bin is installed outside a front end plate of a semi-trailer box body, the suspension bin is arranged outside a binding device connected to the middle of the front end plate in a covering mode, and the binding device is elastically provided with two guide wheels which are horizontally symmetrical along the central axis of the semi-trailer box body through an embracing type pre-tightening mechanism. The guide wheels extend into the semi-trailer box body through a first opening in the front end plate to form an elastic binding fulcrum, a steel wire rope is arranged on the two guide wheels in a penetrating mode, and the two rope ends of the steel wire rope are connected to a connecting component playing a fixing or tightening role at the tail of the semi-trailer box body. And the steel wire ropes surround the elastic binding fulcrums to form a binding area which is symmetrical along the central axis of the semi-trailer box body.
