PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator inhibiting poor external appearance due to ozone crack and bloom, and a single eccentric screw pump equipped with the stator. SOLUTION: The stator 10 is used for the single eccentric screw pump, and includes a tubular rubber stator body 12 having an inner circumference surface formed in an internal screw shape. The stator body 12 is coated with coating agent C containing partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol and surface active agent as principal component. An exposed surface 17 is coated with coating film 14. Polyvinyl alcohol of which degree of saponification is not less than 70% and not greater than 90% is used as polyvinyl alcohol contained in the coating agent C. ANTIMICROBIAL EFFECT-RESISTENT POLYMER MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical material with long lasting high antimicrobial effects. SOLUTION: A ω-formyl-α-hydroxyalkylamino group graft polymer is produced by recting amino vinyl chloride polymer with dialdehyde. In addition, a sugar-urea derivative obtained by a chemical reaction between an antimiorobial saccharide and urea is caused to undergo a condensation reaction with the graft polymer. Further, the antimicrobial saccharide is graft polymerized with a vinyl chloride polymer. The polymer material thus obtained has the outstanding kinetic characteristic of a fixed antimicrobial saccharide molecule, so that the antimicrobial properties can be retained for a long time. PURPOSE: To improve regeneration life of, especially, a large tire as well as improve appearance of a tire greatly by using a rubber composition which contains ethylene-propylene-diene rubber as main component and excels in weather resistance, heat resistance, crack growth resistance, and wear resistance in a tire side wall. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire contains more than 20 parts of rubber which contains ethylene-propylene as main component and satisfies all the following conditions; (1) glass transition temperature measured by DSC is -50°C or less, (2) iodine value is 10∼34, (3) weight average molecular weight is 220,000 or more, (4) ethylene content is 68∼85mol%, (5) molecular weight distribution is 3.0 or more, (6) 95≤1.5×(iodine value)+(ethylene content)≤120, and (7) 90≤(weight average molecular weight)×104(ethylene content)≤110 for 100 parts of rubber component, 10 parts of isoprene rubber or more, 10 parts of process oil or more, and 20-100 parts of inorganic filler. SOLUTION: Aminated chlorinated vinyl polymer and dialdehyde are reacted to generate ω-formyl-α-hydroxyalkylamino group graft polymer. And the graft polymer is condensation-reacted with ureidoheparin generated from the reaction of heparin and urea, and heparin is graft-polymerized with chlorinated vinyl polymer through a pendant part made of alkylen group and urea combination.
