A method, a processor and a system for loading a logic device online are provided. The method comprises: an online load command is received; according to the online load command, the Joint Text Action Group(JTAG) line of a single card where the logic device is located is disabled through the bus between the processor and the logic device, and the line between the I/O interface and the JTAG interface of the logic device is enabled; the logic device is controlled through the bus so that the logic device is loaded online through the line between the I/O interface and the JTAG interface of the logic device. The method achieves the online load for the logic device without the added logic devices on condition that no I/O interfaces are occupied additionally, and is applicable to the online load for the logic devices on the single card which contains no processors but bus interfaces.
