One of the sealing member (12) or the top cover (11) is provided with a protrusion, and the other is provided with a recess receiving the protrusion. The protrusion and the recess engage, thereby limiting displacement of the sealing member (12). The invention prevents the sealing member (12) from moving during use by the engagement between the protrusion and the recess of the sealing member (12) and the top cover (11), thereby ensuring sealing of the battery cell, and increasing the service life thereof.
