The present invention relates to a system in which an air passage is formed in a wall of a building and the air passage and a total heat exchanging unit are connected together such that: air flowing in from the outside during the winter is allowed to flow into a total heat exchanger while being primarily heated in the air passage; condensation resulting from a difference between the interior and exterior temperature and humidity can be prevented; and energy can be saved.
