The objective of the present invention is to provide a method to manufacture a nut spindle of an electronic parking brake system, manufacturing a nut spindle through a forging technique, so as to remove an effect that grain of a metal is cut in an existing machine process for making a nut spindle by cutting a raw material, and thereby the nut spindle is not easily damaged or ruptured even if twisting is applied. Thus, quality as well as safety can be enhanced. More specifically, since both end edges of a raw material cut into a predetermined length is chamfered by one forging process, the number of manufacturing processes is reduced and thereby productivity is increased.
