... 본 발명은 LNG 저장탱크의 일측에 적어도 하나 이상 설치되어 LNG 저장탱크 를 냉각(cool down)시키거나, 저장탱크내에서 기화된 LNG 증발가스를 빠른 시간내에 냉각시키 위하여 저장탱크의 내부 온도에 능동적으로 대응하여 증발가스와의 접촉면적을 넓혀서 빠른 시간내에 증발가스의 잠열을 빼앗아 재냉각시킬 수 있도로 할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 "LNG 저장탱크의 쿨다운 및 증발가스 재액화용 능동형 스프레이 노즐"에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제안하는 LNG 저장탱크의 쿨다운 및 증발가스 재액화용 능동형 스프레이 노즐은 LNG 가스가 유입되는 유입구를 갖는 노즐 바디와, 상기 노즐 바디와 체결되며 중공이 형성되는 노즐 팁 바디를 갖는 노즐 팁으로 구성된다. 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 노즐 팁 바디의 상기 중공의 일 원주면으로 따라 4등분되어 출구 방향으로 4개의 슬롯을 형성시키면서 상기 노즐 팁의 출구 방향을 따라 경사지게 좁아지는 4개의 섹션부가 형성되며, 상기 4개의 섹션부에 의하여 형성되는 내부 중공의 직경은 상기 노즐 팁의 출구 방향으로 갈수록 좁아지며, 상기 4개의 섹션부는 상기 노즐 바디로 유입되는 상기 LNG 가스의 압력에 따라 벌어질 수 있도록 디자인 되어 있다. 본 발명에 따른 LNG 저장탱크의 쿨다운 및 증발가스 재액화용 능동형 스프레이 노즐을 사용하는 경우 다음과 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 1. 본 발명의 경우 유압에 따라 능동적으로 출구의 직경이 가변되는 4개의 섹션부를 노즐 팁에 구현함으로써 LNG 저장탱크의 온도를 일정 수준 이하로 낮추거나 저장탱크 내에서 기화된 증발가스를 짧은 시간내에 냉각(cool down)시켜 재액화할 수 있다. 2. LNG 저장탱크내의 증발 가스 양에 따라 노즐에 공급되는 LNG의 유압을 조절하여 노즐에서 분사되는 LNG 가스의 분사각도와 분사양을 능동적으로 제어할 수 있다는 이점이 있다.

... 본 발명은 선박용 선택적 환원촉매 시스템에서의 믹싱 유닛에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 선택적 환원촉매 시스템(Selective Catalytic Reduction System) 내에서 선택적 환원촉매 챔버(Chamber)의 전단 및 인젝션 유닛(Injection unit)의 후단에 위치하여 유입되는 배기가스가 충분히 혼합되어 통과될 수 있도록 하기 위한 "선박용 선택적 환원촉매 시스템에서의 믹싱 유닛"에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 선박 등 엔진에서 발생한 배기가스가 지나는 통로에 설치되는 선박용 선택적 환원촉매 시스템에서의 믹싱 유닛은 통로 내에 가로질러 상하 좌우로 배열되는 복수 개의 크로스 셀로 구성된다. 또한, 크로스 셀은 가로플레이트와 세로플레이트가 상호 직교하여 교차 형성되는 크로스 프레임과 크로스 프레임의 후단에 일체로 연장되어 소정 면적의 복수 개의 경사플레이트를 포함하여 이루어진다. 또한, 복수 개의 경사플레이트 상호 간에는 분리 형성되고, 경사플레이트는 상기 배기가스의 진행방향과 소정 각도 기울어져 배기가스가 고루 혼합될 수 있도록 유도할 수 있다.
