A mask pack according to the present invention includes: a cosmetic sheet that is given in the form of a nano fiber web through electrospinning of both water-soluble polymer and functional materials and is melted by moisture; a first protective film that is separably attached to one surface of the cosmetic sheet; and a silicone film that is separably attached to the other surface of the cosmetic sheet.
