The present invention relates to wound dressing materials comprising a plurality of biodegradable nanofiber layers having one-way transfer function, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The wound dressing materials minimize physical, mental, economical sufferings of a patient by minimizing the number of times required to exchange the dressing materials while having enhanced ability to heal wounds.
