... 본 발명은 모세관 전기영동에 의한 다중 mRNA 또는 16S rRNA 분석을 위한 주형 변형방법 및 이를 이용한 미생물 검출방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 분석 대상인 mRNA 또는 rRNA를 동시에 여러 종 증폭하기 위하여 주형이 되는 서열의 앞뒤에 공통의 염기서열을 갖는 변형된 이중가닥 DNA 주형을 제작하고, 공통 프라이머를 이용하여 변형된 이중가닥 DNA 주형을 PCR 증폭한 다음, 증폭된 산물을 모세관 전기영동-단일쇄 형태변환 다형성(single strand conformation polymorphism)을 통해 분리 및 정량함으로써 분석 민감도 및 정확도가 높고 분석시간이 크게 단축되는 효과를 가짐과 동시에 이를 이용하여 미생물을 검출할 수 있는 모세관 전기영동에 의한 다중 mRNA 또는 16S rRNA 분석을 위한 주형 변형방법 및 이를 이용한 미생물 검출방법에 관한 것이다.
