... 본 발명은 천연 쪽 염료를 이용한 파일직물의 염색방법에 관한 것으로서, 채취한 쪽잎을 수세하여 건조한 후 분쇄기를 이용해 일정 입도로 분쇄하여 분말염재를 획득하는 분말염재획득단계(S100)와; 염색할 파일직물원단 중량대비 10~50%(owf) 농도의 상기 분말염재에, 원단 중량대비 1:40 액비로 증류수 또는 증류수와 에탄올을 9:1 내지 7:3 중량비로 혼합한 용액을 첨가하여 교반기를 이용해 70rpm의 속도로 교반한 후, pH12로 조절하여 염액을 형성하는 염액형성단계(S200)와; 상기 염액에 정련 처리한 파일직물원단을 침지하고 40℃의 온도에서 10분간 염색하는 염색단계(S300)를 포함하여 구성됨에 따라 종래와 같이 복잡한 공정을 필요로하지 않고도 최적의 결과를 도출하는 천연 쪽 염료를 이용한 파일직물의 염색방법을 제시하여 염착성 및 색상 재현성이 우수하고 고품질의 피염물을 제공하도록 하는 이점이 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for dyeing a pile fabric using a natural indigo dye which comprises: a powder dye obtaining step (S100) of obtaining dry powder of indigo leaves after collecting and washing the indigo leaves; a dye solution formation step (S200) of adding, at a liquid ratio of 1:40 with respect to the weight of a fabric to be dyed, distilled water or a solution, in which distilled water and ethanol are mixed at a weight ratio of 9:1 to 7:3, to the powder dye having a concentration of 10-50% (owf) with respect to the weight of a pile fabric to be dyed, stirring and adjusting the resultant product to have pH 12 so as to form a dye solution; and a dyeing step (S300) of soaking the pile fabric, which is boiled off well in the dying solution, and dying the resultant product at a temperature of 40°C for 10 minutes.
