... 치아 삭제는 환자의 치아에 맞게 맞춤형으로 만들어진 치아삭제안내장치를 이용한다. 이 안내장치는 삭제공구를 안내하기 위하여 하나 이상의 안내 채널을 구비한다. 안내장치는 고정밀도로 치아에 대한 계획된 삭제를 가능하게 해준다. 삭제된 후의 환자의 치아에 설치할 치과 보철물은 치아 삭제 전에 만들어진다. 보철물은 삭제된 후의 치아에 맞는 형상을 갖는다. 보철물은 안내장치를 이용하여 치아를 삭제한 후 즉시 설치될 수 있다. 치아 삭제를 고정확도 및 고정밀도로 행함으로써 설치를 위해 보철물을 수정할 필요가 없어진다.
