... 본 발명은 장외영향평가 및 위해관리계획을 위한 작성지원 시스템에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 화학물질을 취급하는 사업장에 대한 장외영향평가서 및 위해관리계획서를 규정 서식에 맞게 작성할 수 있게 하며, 상기 화학물질의 누출, 화재, 폭발, 독성확산 등의 사고로 인한 피해범위 및 위험도를 자동으로 평가하여 제공할 수 있는 장외영향평가 및 위해관리계획을 위한 작성지원 시스템에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 화학물질을 취급하는 사업장에 대한 정보를 입력받는 사업장 정보 입력부, 상기 사업장 내 위험설비에서 발생가능한 복수 유형의 사고에 대한 피해범위 및 위험도를 평가하는 위험 평가부 및 상기 사업장 정보 입력부에서 입력된 정보들과 상기 위험 평가부에서 평가된 상기 피해범위 및 상기 위험도를 기설정된 서식에 따른 보고서로 생성하는 보고서 생성부를 구비하므로, 상기 사업장 및 상기 위험설비로 인한 피해범위 및 위험도를 포함하는 규정 서식의 보고서를 보다 쉽고 편리하게 작성할 수 있게 한다.
