U87MG-RR 및 BCL21-HP03을 마우스에 이종이식한 후 종양의 크기와 마우스의 생존율을 관찰한 결과 방사선 처리 시 감소한 암세포의 크기가 miR-3918 병용처리 시 추가로 감소하는 것을 확인하였으며, 생존율 역시 방사선 단독처리 시 소폭 증가한 데 반해 miR-3918 병용처리 시 마우스의 생존율이 큰 폭으로 증가함을 확인했다.
