According to the present invention, a spring pad for vehicle suspension is disposed on an upper seat positioned on one side of a coil spring used in vehicle suspension, a lower seat positioned on the other side, between the coil spring and the upper seat, and between the coil spring and the lower seat to support the coil spring. A center hole corresponding to an inner circumference of the spring pad of a donut shape is formed on the upper seat and the lower seat, and one or more insertion holes are formed on an outer side of the center hole. A coupling device inserted into the upper seat and the lower seat is disposed on the spring pad, and the spring pad is fixed on the upper seat and the lower seat by the coupling device. The coupling device of the spring pad is made of plastic. Since the coupling device is made of plastic, a frictional force is reduced. The spring pad is designed in a structure receiving elasticity to greatly improve assembly and facilitate attachment and detachment.
