The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polishing pad for removing dead cells. The method comprises: a mixed powder drying step (S10) of performing a drying process in a powder state after mixing grounding stone, epoxy resin, and powder on the surface of the polishing pad made of wood or metal; a silk printing step (S20) of performing a silk printing by using epoxy-based ink; a grinding stone spraying step (S30) of spraying grinding stone, which is powdered by the mixed powder drying step (S10), and to which an epoxy resin and powder are attached on the surface, to the surface of the polishing pad printed by the silk printing step (S20); a sintering step (S40) of sintering the polishing pad after the grinding stone spraying step (S30) for 12 minutes at the temperature of 190°C in a furnace; and a coating step (S50) of performing a coating process by using epoxy resin processed to be diluted on the surface of the polishing pad after the sintering step (S40).
