The method for manufacturing the mixed catalyst comprises the steps of: forming a metal/polymer mixture nanowire by electrospinning a polymer solution containing a first metal precursor and a second metal precursor; forming a metal oxide nanowire by heat-treating the metal/polymer mixture nanowire; and mixing the metal oxide nanowire with active metal nanoparticles. Here, the metal of the second metal precursor is used as a dopant for the metal oxide nanowire. The present invention relates to a method for providing information for the diagnosis of the metastasis of primary thyroid cancer. The inventors investigates that the decline in the activities of a Slit-Robo path is related to the negative prognosis of the thyroid cancer such as the big size of tumor, the metastasis of the lymphatic gland, the recurrence of the remote metastasis, and the like. Accordingly, the inventors suggest the method for diagnosing the metastasis of the primary thyroid cancer using the measurement of a Slit2-Robo1 expression rate.
