... 본 발명은, 텍스트로서 법규들이 미리 저장되어 있는 법규 데이터베이스(21)에서 법규를 추출하여 건물 정보 파일(IFC)을 이용하여 법규 정합성을 검토하는 방법을 제공한다. 특히, 법규에서 추출된 단어들을 미리 설정된 규칙에 객체, 속성 및 정합성값으로 구분하되, 객체는 공간 객체 및 부위 객체 중 어느 하나로 구분하고 속성은 식별 속성, 형상 속성, 물성 속성 및 참고 속성 중 어느 하나로 구분하며, 구분된 객체 및 속성 중 어느 하나 이상의 조합에 정합성값이 할당되게 함으로써 자동화를 가능하게 하고 정확도를 상승시켰다.
