The present invention relates to a casting method capable of obtaining a high casting yield, minimizing casting defects and eliminating casting post-processing, and a casting device for implementing the same. Provided is: the casting method which is a casting method for injecting a molten metal which is capable of filling a casting space formed in a mold in order to accurately control the position, a curvature and a liquid fraction of a solid-liquid interface, comprising a step for dividing the molten metal and sequentially injecting the molten metal into the casting space, wherein the molten metal is intermittently injected multiple times by spacing the injection intervals, wherein the injection intervals are set such that the top surface of the non-solidified liquid phase of the molten metal received in the mold comes into contact with the mold without being separated while the molten metal is injected multiple times; and the casting device for implementing the same.
