The present invention relates to an impregnated asphalt modifier and a multifunctional asphalt mixture containing the same. To this end, the impregnated asphalt modifier contains: 65-75 wt% of diatomite in which styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) latex is impregnated in pores of the diatomite; 5-15 wt% of mica; and 15-25 wt% of carbon black. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve resistance against firing flow in the asphalt mixture, and aggregate removal resistance can be greatly improved from the asphalt mixture, thereby reducing causes of porthole formation while improving resistance to crack formation in the asphalt mixture.
