... 본 발명에 따른 산업용브러쉬 용접장치는, 하우징의 일단에 수평 방향으로 이동되는 수평이동부와, 하우징의 내부 일측면에 매립설치되어 이 수평이동부를 수평이동시키는 유압장치 및 하우징의 일단을 마감하는 제1커버를 형성한 브러쉬고정구를 구비하고, 하우징의 타단에 하우징 타단을 커버하는 제2커버와, 하우징과 제2커버 사이에 설치되어 그 중앙부로 고정척을 삽입결합한 회전통체와, 제2커버 외면으로 노출되게 설치되어 고정척을 조이는 누름장치부를 형성한 회전장치를 구비하며, 하우징 내주면에 회전통체를 회전시키는 구동모터를 구비하고, 하우징 외부로 제어발판을 구비하여, 제어발판으로 수평이동부를 회전장치 방향으로 이동시켜 브러쉬가 고정축대에 밀착되도록 한후, 작업자가 브러쉬와 고정축대 사이를 연속하여 용접 가능하도록 브러쉬와 고정축대를 정해진 각도로 연속 회전시킨다. 본 발명에 따르면, 유압장치에 의해 브러쉬고정구에 고정된 브러쉬가 고정축대에 정해진 압으로 견고하게 밀착 고정되고, 제어발판을 조작하여 브러쉬와 고정축대 사이의 틈새 간격을 조절할 수 있으며, 브러쉬가 고정축대에 밀착된 상태에서 작업자가 용접을 진행하여 용접작업이 수월하며, 회전통체를 회전시켜 브러쉬와 고정축대를 손쉽게 회전시킬 수 있고, 작업자가 용접 작업에 매진하여 피로도 감소와 동시에 작업능률이 향상되고, 이에따라, 제품의 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.
