... 본 발명은 이동통신시스템의 수많은 소형셀 상의 사용자 단말들이나 소형셀 기지국들을 제어 및 관리하기 위하여 측정 통계 처리를 수행함에 있어서, 스케줄 상태, 보류 상태, 활성화 상태, 중지 상태의 처리를 지원하되, Job 생성(구동) 최소화, 효율적인 자원관리 및 오퍼레이터의 운용 간소화를 실현하기 위하여, 소형셀 기지국에서 특정 스케줄로 측정 통계 수집을 위하여 시작된 Job의 스케줄 상태, 보류 상태, 활성화 상태, 중지 상태를 동작 중에 다른 스케줄로 다시 스케줄(재스케줄)할 수 있는 방법과, 강제적으로 중지된 중지 상태의 Job에 대하여도 종료 시간 도달 전에 스케줄 상태, 보류 상태, 재개시하여 활성화하는 상태로 전환하여 재사용할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제공할 수 있는, 측정 통계 처리 스케줄 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
