... 본 발명은 본 발명은 전도성 구리 잉크 및 광소결을 이용한 다층인쇄 회로기판의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 다층인쇄 회로기판에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는, a) 기판의 미리 정한 부분에 비아 홀을 형성하는 단계; b) 상기 비아 홀이 형성된 기판에 전도성 구리 잉크를 상면 및 배면에 코팅 및 건조하여 양면 인쇄회로기판을 제조하는 단계; c) 상기 양면 인쇄회로기판을 광소결하는 단계; d) 상기 a) 내지 c) 단계를 반복하여 제작된 복수 개의 양면 인쇄회로기판을 적층시킨 후, 층간 접속을 위해서 블라인드 비아 홀 또는 쓰루 홀을 형성하는 단계; 및 e) 상기 블라인드 비아 홀 또는 쓰루 홀에 프린팅 및 광소결하는 단계를 포함하는 전도성 구리 잉크 및 광소결을 이용한 다층인쇄 회로기판의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 다층인쇄 회로기판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 저렴하고 간단하면서도 짧은 시간 내에 우수한 전기 전도성을 갖는 다층인쇄 회로기판을 제조할 수 있으며, 제조된 다층인쇄 회로기판은 고밀도 및 소형화에 적합하면서도, 인쇄 및 소결 시에 발생될 수 있는 충진 미흡 또는 소결 불충분의 문제점을 갖지 않는다. 또한, R2R 공정과 연계가 가능한 백색광 소결공정의 대면적화, 대량생산을 도모할 수 있어서, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device), 유연성 전자 제품 (Flexible Electronics), 웨어러블 전자 제품 (Wearable Electronics), 대면적 디스플레이, 박판형 태양전지, 박판형 배터리 등과 같은 고부가 가치 상품에 폭넓게 적용될 수 있다.
