A low-E glass annealing device is disclosed. The device includes: a conveying apparatus for conveying a glass substrate on which a coating film is formed; a laser module installed at a position on a path of the conveying apparatus and configured to form stable coating film by irradiating a laser beam on the glass substrate at a constant angle; and a pair of reflection mirrors which are installed so as to reflect reflected laser beam or transmitted laser beam at positions above and below the glass substrate in front of a point where the glass substrate is in contact with the laser beam in the direction of laser beam irradiation, and the reflective faces of which face each other. According to the present invention, while manufacturing the low-E coating film by heating the glass substrate by means of the laser module, it is possible to contain damage due to thermal shock and increase energy efficiency.
