The present invention relates to a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition with excellent electric field-induced strain property, and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, to a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition having a composition of (1-x-y)Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2)TiO_3-xSrTiO_3+yBiFeO_3 or (1-x-z)Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2)TiO_3-xSrTiO_3+zLaFeO_3. According to the present invention, the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition exhibits excellent electric field-induced strain property even under low electric field conditions of 4 kV/mm or less, thereby being applicable to a piezoelectric application device in various fields including the field of piezoelectric actuators, by replacing an existing lead zirconate titanate (PZT)-based piezoelectric material.
