According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method may include: a first step of kneading grain powder including rice powder with a bread additive to make a dough; a second step of preliminary molding the dough into the oval shape after dividing the dough; a third step of producing a molded bread product in a certain shape by spreading the preliminary molded dough of the second step to be wide and thin, rolling the dough after applying a filling on the wide and thin surface of the dough, and then applying nuts including hazelnuts on the dough; a fourth step of fermenting the molded bread product of the third step; and a fifth step of baking the molded bread product of the fourth step in an oven.
