The present invention relates to a condenser waste heat collecting system. The system includes: a boiler generating steam; a turbine operated by using high temperature and pressure steam, generated from the boiler; a condenser cooling and condensing the steam, discharged from the turbine, to make water (condensate water); a generator generating electricity by the rotation of the turbine; and a heat pump connected with the condenser to cool and condense the steam while collecting heat included in the steam. Therefore, since waste heat from the condenser is collected and used for low pressure water supply and heating, the efficiency of a plant is raised and the quantity of cooling water is reduced, and therefore, the size of the condenser and the capacity of a cooling pump are reduced so facility costs are saved.
