The present invention relates to a probe kit for checking whether an LED is good or bad and, more specifically, to an LED probe kit assembly that includes first and second terminals, which are equipped to a body and a probe pin provided to the body, in order to check whether an LED is good or bad, wherein the first terminal makes contact with the LED, and the second terminal transmits electricity to the first terminal. In cases where the first terminal is worn down, the probe pin is overturned in order to use the second terminal as the first terminal and to use the first terminal as the second terminal, thereby reducing a maintenance cost and extending time of use. Further, since the probe pin and the body are connected to each other through a tensile means, a life-time can be increased, as compared with an existing compression method, and it is easy to move the probe pin, thereby enhancing the accuracy of measurement.
