According to one embodiment of the present invention, a multiple gases providing method respectively provides control valves and flowmeters to a plurality of branch lines branching off from a main supply line, to which at least one type of gas is supplied, so as to provide the gas, and provides the gas by controlling the amount of the gas supplied through controllers respectively connected to the flowmeters and the control valves, wherein the controller has a first control method for controlling the respective control valves on the basis of a ratio of a flow, which is measured through the flowmeter, to a partial demand with respect to each branch line, the first control method controls the opening degree of the control valve when the ratio of the measured flow to the partial demand is not in a preset range, and a unit of opening degree control of the control valve is increased and decreased according to a difference between the ratio of the measured flow and the partial demand.
