Disclosed is an apparatus for synchronizing a high-frequency voltage and a direct current bias voltage. A power supply unit, a voltage-regulating unit, and a voltage-converting unit generate a first grid voltage and a second grid voltage having four channels, and provide an output driving unit with the generated voltages. A control unit provides the output driving unit with a control pulse signal in accordance with RF on/off periods.
