The operation control system for a capsule endoscope of the present invention comprises: a magnetic field generation portion (100) comprising a first coil unit (110) provided on three orthogonal axes to generate a magnetic field and a second coil unit (120) comprising one coil structure for generating a magnetic field gradient; and a mechanical coil operation portion (130) for three-dimensionally rotating the second coil unit (120), thereby generating a rotating magnetic field and the magnetic field gradient.
