... 수분 흡탈착 소재의 제조 방법으로 실리카(Silica), 염 및 증류수를 준비하는 단계, 상기 염을 증류수에 용해하여 함침액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 함침액에 상기 실리카(Silica)를 혼합하고 교반하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 혼합물을 동결 건조(Freeze Drying)하여 수분 흡탈착 소재를 제조하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 실리카(Silica)는 흄드 실리카(Fumed Silica)이며, 상기 염은 염화칼슘(CaCl2),염화마그네슘(MgCl2) 중에서 선택한다. 본원 발명은 상업적으로 판매되고 있는 실리카 입자에 CaCl2를 함침하고 동결건조법을 이용하여 우수한 성능의 수분흡착소재를 제조하는 기술로 제조 공정이 단순하고 단가가 낮으면서도 구동압력(P/Po=0.1 내지 0.2)내에서 0.21 g-water /g-sorbent 이상의 수분을 흡착하는 CSPM(Composites Salt in Porous Matrix) 타입의 흡착제를 제공한다. 이를 구현하기 위해서는 CaCl2를 물에 녹여 상기 실리카 입자와 혼합하고 혼합에 사용된 물을 제거하는 단계에서 일반 건조 방법인 진공 건조와 동결건조가 가능하며 동결 건조 방법을 이용할 경우 수분 흡착 성능을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 습식 실리카의 경우 진공 건조에 의해 제조된 흡착제의 성능이 구동압력(P/Po=0.1 내지 0.2)내에서 0.17 g-water /g-sorbent 이상의 수분을 흡착하는 성능을 나타낸다. 흄드 실리카의 경우 동결 건조를 하여 제조된 수분 탈착 소재는 구동압력 범위(P/Po= 0.1 내지 0.2)내에서의 최대 흡착량이 0.21 g-water /g-sorbent에 이르는 큰 향상을 보였다. 이와 같이 본원 발명의 수분 탈착 소재 제조 방법에 의해 메조기공 실리카와 같이 합성하기 까다롭고 가격이 비싼 담체를 사용하지 않고도 CaCl2를 함침함으로써 대량생산이 가능하다.
