The present invention relates to a non-normalized steel composite, including carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), sulfur (S), vanadium (V), titanium (Ti), nitrogen (N), and iron (Fe), a connecting rod, manufactured by the same, and a connecting rode manufacturing method, including thermal treatment technology for improving the fatigue strength and yield strength of the connecting rod.
