... 본 발명은 단차가 없는 유연성 전극의 제조 방법을 공개한다. 이 방법은 (a) 지지 글래스 상부면에 스핀 코팅을 이용하여 고분자의 유연성 기판 필름을 코팅하는 단계; (b) 미경화 상태의 상기 기판 필름 상부에 은 나노와이어를 스프레이 코팅하는 단계; (c) 평탄화 유리를 이용하여 상기 은 나노와이어가 코팅된 미경화 기판 필름에 압력을 가하는 단계; (d) 오븐 또는 열판을 이용하여 상기 은 나노와이어가 코팅된 미경화 기판 필름을 경화시키고, 상기 평탄화 유리를 분리시키는 단계; (e) 상기 경화된 기판 필름 상부에 슬롯-다이 코팅을 이용하여 전도성 고분자 코팅하는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 전도성 고분자 코팅된 기판 필름 상에 오픈 마스크를 적층하고, 자외선을 조사하여 절연영역을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의할 경우, 은 나노와이어를 경화된 필름에 스프레이 코팅하는 경우보다 표면 거칠기가 향상되고, 은 나노와이어 전극 위에 전도성 고분자를 코팅한 2층 구조를 가지므로 인장 변형 하에서 저항 안정성이 향상되게 된다. 또한, 단차를 갖는 종래의 패터닝 공정의 코팅 용액 흘러내림 현상 및 코팅 박막의 코팅 상태 열화 현상을 방지할 수 있다.

According to the present invention, it is advantageous that an image of vehicle surroundings including surrounding obstacles can be expressed naturally and three-dimensionally. It is also advantageous that an optimal image of vehicle surroundings can be provided by changing the virtual viewpoint according to a traveling state of the vehicle. There is also the advantage that a user can conveniently adjust the viewpoint of the virtual camera.

The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a slot coating based organic light emitting diode surface light source. The method includes the following steps: (a) forming a transparent electrode on an upper surface of a glass substrate by patterning a transparent electrode film; (b) spin-coating a photoresist film on an upper surface of the transparent electrode; (c) patterning the photoresist film to form a plurality of positive banks; (d) slot-die-coating an upper portion of the transparent electrode including the plurality of positive banks using a coating liquid to form a thin film; (e) semi-vacuum drying the slot die coated thin film in a vacuum chamber; and (f) hard-baking the semi-vacuum dried thin film to remove residual solvent.
