The present invention relates to lactic acid bacteria having increased stability, and a method for producing same, more specifically to lactic acid bacteria having enhanced storage and thermal stability, acid resistance, bile resistance, and stability against digestive enzymes due to a sequential triple-coating of xylitol, gelatin or collagen, and dextrin, and a method for producing the lactic acid bacteria.
