... 본 발명은 색좌표 및 색온도 조절이 가능한 탠덤 구조의 OLED 소자 및 이의 색좌표 및 색온도 조절방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 탠덤구조 OLED 생산 중 발생할 수 있는 색좌표 및 색온도의 불균일을 후처리 공정을 통해 조절할 수 있는 탠덤 구조의 OLED 소자 및 이의 색좌표 및 색온도 조절방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 색좌표 및 색온도 조절이 가능한 탠덤 구조의 OLED 소자에 의하면 탠덤 구조 OLED 소자 제작 이후에 온도 및 전압제어의 후처리 공정을 통하여 언제든지 색좌표 및 색온도 조절이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 탠덤 구조 OLED 소자의 색좌표 및 색온도 조절방법에 의하면 전압 인가시 정공 또는 전자주입특성이 향상되는 액상계면쌍극자를 탠덤 구조 OLED 소자에 삽입하여 제조하고 온도 및 전압제어에 따른 발광 스펙트럼 결과를 분석함으로써, 간단하면서도 정밀하게는 탠덤 구조 OLED 소자의 색좌표 및 색온도를 조절할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
