The present invention relates to a water supply valve for a sanitary toilet integrated with a bidet, which has a backflow prevention function. An air vent is closed by a pressure of washing water supplied to a rim side drain or a jet waterway side drain through a water pipe and discharged. When the supply of the washing water to the rim side drain or the jet waterway side drain is stopped, the air vent maintains an open state thereof. So, the water supply valve can prevent components from being damaged by reducing pressure difference of a backpressure using external air flowing inside when the washing water supplied to the water pipe reversely flows.
