According to an embodiment of the present invention, the medical image correcting method comprises the following steps of: obtaining projection data per a rotation angle of an object; obtaining motion information of the object per a rotation angle; and moving a sinogram, calculated from projection data, by a pixel in correspondence to the motion information.
