Disclosed in the present invention is a bearing having an extended service life by increasing MC based fine carbides other than M_3C and M_7C_3 with an adjustment of an alloy component and a control of process conditions; and a method to manufacture the same. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture the bearing comprises the following steps: a wire rod primarily spheroidized and thermally treated, wherein the wire rod includes 0.8-1.1 wt% of C, 0.9-1.1 wt% of Si, 0.5-1.0 wt% of Mn, P equal to or less than 0.03 wt%, S equal to or less than 0.01 wt%, 0.01-0.1 wt% of Cu, 0.01-0.1 wt% of Ni, 1.40-1.55 wt% of Cr, 0.01-0.04 wt% of Mo, 0.01-0.06 wt% of Al, N equal to or less than 0.01 wt%, O equal to or less than 0.001 wt%, a remaining amount of Fe and impurities, and further includes one or more from 0.1-0.3 wt% of V and 0.01-0.03 wt% of Nb.
