The method of forming a fine pattern according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: forming a metal layer on a base substrate; coating the top surface of the metal layer with photoresist; exposing the photoresist by using a mask; forming a photo pattern by removing a part of the photoresist using a developing solution; performing a plating process to form a bump on the top surface of the metal layer adjacent to the photo pattern; and removing the photo pattern by using a stripping solution. Since the metal bump is formed, a problem of widening a width of the metal pattern when forming the metal pattern by etching a metal can be solved.
