The present invention relates to a high speed IFF MODE C precision altitude analysis method. The method includes: a step of organizing a reception pulse string to form an IFF Mode C signal, collected by a receiver, into a group pulse description word (PDW) including time of arrival (TOA), frequency, pulse width, and pulse intensity information; a step of converting each of A, B, C, D codes of the Gillham code, included in the reception pulse string, into G code (D), G code (A), G code (B), and G code (C) which are decimal code variables; a step of sequentially calculating the G code (D), the G code (A), the G code (B), and the G code (C) and then storing the codes as altitude values; and a step of extracting a final altitude analysis result by using the calculated altitude values.
