The present invention relates to an image sensing device which includes: first to X^th (two or more natural number) column lines; first to X^th pixel blocks which include (N+2) number of pixels connected to the first to X^th column lines, respectively, output first to X^ pixel signals to the first to X^th column lines for at least one single row time N-times, and successively output the first to X^th pixel signals with the same color according to a predetermined color sequence; first to Z^th averaging blocks which group the first to X^th pixel signals to be overlapped and average first to Z^th (natural number smaller than X) pixel signal groups which are grouped; and first to Z^th signal conversion blocks which convert first to Z^th average pixel signals generated from the first to Z^th averaging blocks into first to Z^th digital signals.
