A manufacturing method of a hot-rolled steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: manufacturing a slab comprising 0.003-0.01 wt% of carbon (C), 0-0.03 wt% or less (exclusive of 0 wt%) of silicon (Si), 1.0-2.0 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.05-0.10 wt% of phosphorous (P), 0.003-0.010 wt% of sulfur (S), 0.01-0.06 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.01-0.05 wt% of titanium (Ti), 0.01-0.05 wt% of niobium (Nb), 0.001-0.005 wt% of nitrogen (N), 0.05-0.1 wt% of copper (Cu), 0.01-0.02 wt% of tin (Sn), and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities; re-heating the slab; hot-rolling the slab at a finish rolling temperature of 750-800°C; firstly cooling and maintaining the hot-rolled slab at a temperature of 650-700°C for 5-10 seconds; secondly cooling the firstly cooled and maintained slab at a temperature of 500-600°C; and winding the slab.
