In a process of diluting a concentration of hydrogen by introducing external air to a hydrogen discharge apparatus for a fuel cell vehicle of the present invention, when pressure of external air is smaller than pressure inside an exhaust port, an effect occurs in which hydrogen gas inside the exhaust port flows backward to an introduction part for introducing external air.
