The present invention relates to a dysphagia oral training apparatus that helps tongue muscle rehabilitation exercises during dysphagia rehabilitation training. A position detection part generates a detection signal depending on changes in physical values such as a resistance corresponding to the touch position of a tongue, and transmits the signal to a remote device through a communication part if the patient wearing the dysphagia oral training apparatus touches a position detection part located in a front panel of the mask with his/her tongue; a control part of the remote device generates a control signal using the transmitted detection signal and controls rehabilitation training, games and similar programs being executed in the remote device, and thus the apparatus can improve the efficiency of rehabilitation training by arousing the interest of a patient during his/her rehabilitation training.
