The present invention relates to cultivated wild ginseng root oil with enhanced fatty acid content, and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes a step of extracting cultivated wild ginseng roots using supernatant fluid, and reacting the obtained extract with lysate of strains, thereby providing oil with enhanced fatty acid content and the ration of unsaturated fatty acid content in fatty acid was prepared from the cultured ginseng root. The cultivated wild ginseng root oil manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention can be usefully used as a material for cosmetic products for skin moisturizing or health functional food for antioxidation.
