The present invention relates to a cleanser composition containing vegetable oil and a method for preparing the same. The cleanser composition of the present invention contains a vegetable oil of a transparent liquid base having a high content of fatty acid, while not containing synthetic surfactant or soap stock, and thus maintains product transparency at a low temperature. In particular, the method for preparing the cleanser composition of the present invention optimizes the saponification process of vegetable oil which is performed in a cleanser composition product containing conventional vegetable oil; reduces the saponification time to within 30 minutes; and minimizes the destruction of useful components which may be self-contained in the vegetable oil, thereby maintaining the inherent moisturizing ability of oil and enhancing the detergency thereof. The present invention relates to a detergent composition including vegetable oil and a manufacturing method thereof. The composition does not include synthetic surfactants and soap ingredients while including a transparent liquid-base vegetable oil with a high fatty acid content.
