The present invention relates to a sashimi container to maintain freshness of fresh sashimi. In particular, according to the present invention, the sashimi container comprises: a first cooling container made of a porous material, forming a main body part, having an air cooling part of a predetermined space formed therein to hold cold air so as to primarily provide the cold air to live fish sashimi or fresh sashimi; and a second cooling container having a hollow coolant passage part formed therein to circulate a coolant, and being in a relatively lower temperature state. Accordingly, the cold air is primarily supplied to the live fish sashimi or the fresh sashimi from the first cooling container, and is secondarily and continuously supplied from the second cooling container, thereby providing a method to manufacture a fresh sashimi container capable of maintaining an edible state of maintaining freshness for a long time.
