The present invention relates to an electrode connection structure of an electronic device for a vehicle, which comprises: a first electrode arranged within a socket having a coupling space and having a fixated end electrically connected to a first base unit and a free end protruding within the coupling space; a second electrode having a free end, facing the free end of the first electrode, branching into two parts to form a contact part coming into close contact with both sides of the free end of the first electrode, and having a fixated end electrically connected to a second base unit; and a tension unit bent toward the inner surface of the socket in the contact part of the second electrode to generate elastic force for enabling the contact part to come into close contact with both sides of the free end of the first electrode when the second electrode is inserted into the coupling space of the socket.
