The present invention relates to fluorescence silica nanoparticles for an in-vitro diagnostic reagent, a manufacturing method thereof, and a molecular immunodiagnostic kit using the same. The manufacturing method of the time sharing fluorescence silica nanoparticles comprises: (1) a step of producing a chelate precursor by combining chelate ligands capable of coordinating with lanthanide metal ions and a thickener; and (2) a step of reacting the chelate precursor, a silica precursor, and lanthanide metal salt to prepare lanthanide metal-supported silica nanoparticles. According to the present invention, by making the fluorescence silica nanoparticles touch a sample while an antibody specific for an antigen to be analyzed is fixed on the surface of the fluorescence silica nanoparticles, antigen-antibody binding is performed, and the binding is confirmed through fluorescence emission, so a disease can be diagnosed through a simple method.
