The cutoff system for a caisson includes: a caisson having multiple cells having a structure of an upper opening type inside to be divided; and an air tube fixed and installed to cover the inside of each cell and inserted and arranged to maintain a state in which an end of the each cell of the caisson is attached to an inner wall, to prevent seawater from flowing into the each cell, wherein the air tube is expanded or contracted according to charge or removal of air. The cutoff system for a caisson stably cuts off the inflow of the seawater flowing into the caisson and improves stability of buoyancy of the caisson. The cutoff system can be recycled and reused and simplifies a process since being easily installed or removed.
